What should I expect
during my initial
consultation?

Discussion of any forms/questionnaires sent to you. If you have not printed them, they can be printed here. You may also choose to fill these out in the studio if needed.

Going over contraindications for Thermal Plasma to be sure you are a good candidate - other plasma services may better suit you and/or your Fitzpatrick skin type.

If you are a good candidate for Thermal Plasma, we can schedule your patch test.

If you are eligible for Thermal Plasma services, we will also discuss and go over the aftercare protocols.

You will receive copies of our payment policy, appointment policy, preparing your skin for your plasma session as needed, and aftercare instructions. Other form copies can also be available as needed.

If you purchased a PLASMA PROHAIR RADIANCE package, you will take your first full LUXE Plasma hair kit home with you after your first session appointment.
During your initial consultation, please plan for 45 - 60 minutes. This time is for us to establish a good initial relationship with our clientele that is not rushed. It is important to have time to go over all that needs to be addressed prior to your formal plasma service.
There is a $100 fee for a patch test for Thermal Plasma.
If you are a good candidate for Thermal Plasma services and have no negative reactions or side effects from the patch test, this fee goes towards your overall total cost.
All clients who would like Thermal Plasma are required to have a spot test at least 2 weeks prior to your formal session.

What if I am traveling long distance or from
another state?

After you have scheduled, you will receive all of the required forms, questionnaires, and medical history forms to fill out and send back.

We will then schedule a zoom call to discuss the details of Plasma services and what your concerns are, what areas you would like to see improvement, and go over any questions.

During this time, we will discuss what the cost would be for your session and how long you can expect your appointment to last

Going over how to prep your skin for a plasma session and the aftercare instructions for proper healing and the best results.

If you are a good candidate for Thermal Plasma (dot plasma), we will schedule your patch test. This must be done at least 2 weeks prior to your formal plasma Lift session.

The patch test fee is $100. If you are a good candidate and plan to have a Thermal plasma session, this will go towards your overall cost.

Plan to be at your patch test appointment for 75 - 90 minutes.

When you come in for your patch test, this is also the time we will take to do some photos, face mapping of the area(s) that will be targeted, as well as taking notes and answer any other questions you may have.

If you do not have any negative side effects to the patch test, we can go ahead and schedule your formal session.

You will receive instructions on how to prepare your skin and what to avoid at least 2 and 3 weeks prior, and what to expect the day of your appointment.
Welcoming clients from all areas!
If you are traveling from a location of more than 1.5 hours or coming from another state, our consultation process may differ to best accommodate with your travel time and reduce the number of trips to the studio.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
GENERAL
If you become sick, do not continue with your appointment. Please call to reschedule ASAP. Plasma services cannot be performed if you are sick.
For patch tests and all plasma sessions, there is a $100.00 booking fee. This will go towards your overall session cost. This is the fee if you are a Late cancellation, missed appointment, or a no-show. Please see details below.
All clients will be asked to remove shoes, or you may choose to wear provided non-slip shoe coverings upon arrival prior to your session.
Complimentary 3-ply masks are available to all clients upon request.
No one under the age of 18 are allowed in the plasma studio during your session.
LATE CANCELLATIONS & MISSED/ NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important us at Foxx Hill Plasma Lift LLC. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following policy will be implemented:
There is a $100.00 booking fee. It is our policy to require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for a scheduled appointment. In the event that you must cancel your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, we will assess a cancellation fee of $100.00. Same-day cancellations and No-Shows will be assessed $100.00 as well. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charge.
By signing this form, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and to the cancellation fee for less than 24-hours notice or “no show.”
Fees acquired to your account must be paid before future appointments can be made.
LATE APPOINTMENTS
In consideration of clients and time, please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you will need to reschedule your session. Depending on if there is an appointment after yours or not, this appointment change may be a different day.
We understand that delays and other unforeseen circumstances can occur, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding.
PRE-PAID PACKAGES, PROMOS, & SPECIALS
Clients who have pre-paid for packages, deals, promos, and specials, who have late cancellations (more than 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment) or no-shows, the late cancellation fee of $100.00 will deduct from the package balance. Clients must be pay the balance before appointments can continue.
** All Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid by clients before further scheduled
appointments will be made **
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has
demonstrated a disregard of our cancellation policy.
PAYMENT POLICY
SESSIONS
All plasma service fees are due at time of purchase/booking.
There is a $100.00 booking fee for patch test and plasma session appointments.
All plasma sessions and services are non-refundable and will only be given credit towards another session.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Checks are not accepted - thank you for your understanding.
PATCH TESTS
A patch test is required at least 2 weeks prior to your thermal plasma session.
The fee for the patch test is $100.00. If you have no negative side effects or reactions to the spot test, this fee will go towards your overall session cost.
A patch test consent form is required by each client prior to session(s). All clients require a patch test for a thermal plasma session - no exceptions.
PACKAGES, PROMOTIONS & SPECIALS
All package deals, promos and specials must be paid for in-full at time of purchase.
Packages may only be used by one person and are non-transferrable.
Pricing for all plasma services and package deals, promos, and specials are subject to change in combination and/or price without notice.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within 1 year from purchase date.
All purchases (single sessions, packages, deals, promos and specials) may only be used by one person.
Prices for all plasma services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has
